Have you seen the puppy one? It is terrifying...I know there is nothing that would keep DD away from a puppy...no matter what I tell her

After watching this the other day I told DH that DD is never leaving the house. Ever. Ever.

@daniellemybelle: Well I was thinking we'd just monitor his use with software, but in the case of the last girl I'm not sure we would've picked up on it until too late. What are you going to do, maybe stop them from adding kids you don't know? I'm afraid too much restriction means they'll act out more.

@ShootingStar: This feels extreme but I feel like I don't want LO alone with devices that access the Internet/social media until she can drive and therefore would need to call us. No using her phone (or whatever it is in 10 years) unless she is in the same room as Mom or Dad and we can always look over her shoulder. I realize that's probably pretty unrealistic but I am at a loss.

Makes me want to chip my kids with gps trackers. I honestly don't know what the solution is here. Apparently you can talk to your kids until you're blue in the face and they still make dumb decisions.

@mediagirl: me too. Has she not watch any TV?! White van?! Ugh.

I'm going to send this to my SIL and see if she want to show my 12 year old niece. My 12 year old nephew doesn't have social media yet but my niece has Instagram and snapchat. And she's actually one of only few of her friends who don't have Facebook! Ugh.

@Mamaof2: Exactly! It's so easy to say, well MY kid would never do something like that... but those parents thought the same thing, and there the girls were, heading out alone to meet strangers off the internet. Terrifying.
