We moved to Ft Lauderdale, 40 mins north of Miami about 2 years ago for my job and I am shocked every single day by this place. When I saw this story on the news the other morning on NBC Miami which I watch every day, I thought it was terrible, but honestly- so typical of normal occurrences here that I immediately forgot about it until I saw this post. And the fact that he was growling like an animal. Scary, scary, scary drugs.
