She recommended that over an at home test for accuracy purposes. If it comes back low again the next step is to get a referral to see a Urologist. Below 20 million could mean anything. Not only does the doctor consider the amount of sperm, but they look into motility and morphology as well. I ordered in from Amazon, we got it today and I left DH alone to do the test.</p> <p>unfortunately it didn't come out good. the result read that he was below 20 million -- but, because everything had to be so precise, he was worried he may have screwed up a step or two, but not by much. He wants me to order another one to try again, and if that comes back neg then he'll def go to the doctor.... But I'm wondering -- anyone else try this test?</p> <p>What was the result? If he has a low sperm count, what's next??????? </p>
