It stopped employees from filing lawsuits.....they had to sign a severance letter waiving all rights to sue if they took the moolah! I'm guessing it's a growth spurt, but holy bad timing! It's hard getting back into the groove at work with only 3-4 hours of sleep every night! H woke up every 2 hours, and I think I got 3 hours of sleep MAYBE. I got put on a 90 day PIP bc my performance for 2012 wasnt great. I really wish they would have just cut me and gave me a severance and we could have parted ways. My job is so stressful, the company is super stressful, and I just...hate it. They basically want me to bust my ass and do all sorts of crazy stuff and I just DONT have the energy or the drive. It's a good paying job, but it's not worth the stress...Or for me to pay a nanny out the wahoo instead of me being with H. </p> <p>I have been with this company almost 7 years, and I had 2 bad quarters and 2 okay quarters. And they put me on a PIP 2 weeks to the day I get back from maternity leave.</p> <p>We are moving to Charleston in July or August, when our house is built. My company doesnt know yet. I am exhausted to think of everything they want me to do- which may or may not even get me to beat the PIP at the end of 90 days, and then I'll be leaving the next few weeks anyway.</p> <p>I just want to tell them I quit and go home to H. </p> <p>DH said not to kill myself, just work normally and then I'm leaving anyway so it doesnt matter if they let me go. That I should just ride it out until they let me go and get a good paycheck. It's totally working. Some days I feel like super mom because I can get everything done. Some days I'm in my pjs when DH gets home. For this sweet baby girl I'd wear my pjs to meet the queen if she needed me to. </p>
