I'm more allergic to stupid mold than I am any of the flowering crap in the spring!</p> <p>Ditto to the humidifer! I have a bedside one that goes right next to me when it gets really bad. I also take Claritin. Normally I like Allegra, but since we are trying, I've just switched to Claritin so I don't have to worry. I am also on allergy shots every two weeks. I use a a saline spray throughout the day and a humidifier at night. I also take a shower every night and wash my hair out so I'm not sleeping on all allergens. I'm prettty much allergic to something year round. My doc said Xyxal is safe in pregnancy (but not to use it when breastfeeding because it can dry you up). But I'm trying to avoid it if I can. Honestly the only thing that really does anything to help is a steamy shower to drain everything out.
