@chopsuey, mold, ragweed, and dust are the big fall culprits. I'm more allergic to stupid mold than I am any of the flowering crap in the spring!

Ditto to the humidifer! I have a bedside one that goes right next to me when it gets really bad. If your nose tends to dry out, it also helps keep it moist (aka no bloody noses)

Netipot (I use the squeeze bottle). I also take Claritin. Normally I like Allegra, but since we are trying, I've just switched to Claritin so I don't have to worry. I am also on allergy shots every two weeks. I use a a saline spray throughout the day and a humidifier at night. I also take a shower every night and wash my hair out so I'm not sleeping on all allergens. I'm prettty much allergic to something year round. It gets slightly better in the winter since there really isn't anything, but not totally gone.

Hope you find relief soon!

I second the Netipot! It really works to clear all the itch-inducing crap out.

I'm taking Claritin and using nasal rinses. If i use absolutely nothing, I will end up with a sinus infection, without a doubt. The weed pollen is awful right now!

Uh I've been suffering too!! My doc said Xyxal is safe in pregnancy (but not to use it when breastfeeding because it can dry you up). But I'm trying to avoid it if I can. Honestly the only thing that really does anything to help is a steamy shower to drain everything out. But that only provides relief for a limited time.

UGH, ragweed!

I always get fall allergies and I'm dying of clogged sinuses and painful sneezing!

HELP....! Any natural remedies? My usual allergy meds are a NO GO!
