Each kid has one, we have one for us as a couple (dinners, doctors appointments where the other will need to be on) and I have personal and work ones. And, I made a babysitting one for my parents. I have three kids and I write everything down usually like this, DD name: swim lesson or DS name: picture day. I refer to it multiple times a day. My husband is still clueless 🤷🏻‍♀️</p> <p>I tried apps but didn’t find one that I liked. It is not elegant.
