I like your choices! (and don't actually mind the vest as much as the others did). If if you want to bring in green, maybe a (darker) green sweater 1/4 zip for DH, with a light blue/chambray or other solid button down underneath?

For shoes I'd do some kind of booties for you and DD, and then like loafers/tie up leather shoes, or plain-ish converse-type causal sneakers for the boys, as opposed to the athletic shoes. :) That made me giggle, because my typically fashionable daughter will sometimes throw on a really nasty pair of yard sneakers along with a gorgeous, well put together outfit, and I just shake my head when I don't realize it til we are out!

I completely agree with PP. I'd drop the vest. I think that the rest of it works together then!

@erinbaderin: Thanks so much, I'm AWFUL at style in general lol so those are perfect tips! We are wearing jeans I think, and DD is undecided on what she'll wear underneath. And totally good point about the shoes, I just realized that as I posted that great outfits fall apart with hot pink and neon green sneakers haha. Thank you so much!

I have some concerns about how many patterns/textures you have - with the texture on your vest and then the floral and the plaid. Personally I think I would drop the vest and add either a bright necklace or a scarf. For your husband, I might go with a plain button down or sweater in a dark colour. I think the flannel shirt and the long sleeved tee are fine together. What are you doing for pants? And don’t forget shoes - we did family photos a few weeks ago and I realized the afternoon of that I hadn’t thought about our feet.

We are getting family photos done for the first time ever and I could use some hive help figuring out our outfits. I'm pretty set on my own outfit, DD and DS1's outfits. DS2 I'm not sure if it will look weird for him to wear a button down if his brother has a t shirt on? (In person it is navy and flannel so matches the dress pretty well). I can't find a t-shirt in toddler size that compliments the colors in DD's dress and doesn't clash with DS1's yellow shirt. Also any ideas for DH? He'll wear jeans but not sure with what! Thanks!
