Personally I think I would drop the vest and add either a bright necklace or a scarf. For your husband, I might go with a plain button down or sweater in a dark colour. I think the flannel shirt and the long sleeved tee are fine together. What are you doing for pants? I'm pretty set on my own outfit, DD and DS1's outfits. DS2 I'm not sure if it will look weird for him to wear a button down if his brother has a t shirt on? (In person it is navy and flannel so matches the dress pretty well). I can't find a t-shirt in toddler size that compliments the colors in DD's dress and doesn't clash with DS1's yellow shirt.
