I am a carrier for tay sachs, but my husband luckily is not. Fortunately my husband does not have it, but being a carrier apparently can (slightly) increase risk for breast cancer, though it's not very well-documented. Would love to hear from others who might have it and know more about what the carrier status means! </p>
