We have a small swingset with 2 swings and 2 slides, water table, beach ball sprinkler, baby pool and big inflatable pool that we haven't tried yet.

Our swingset gets a little spider-y, so I just grab the hose and spray the whole thing over before we use it.

The water table is a big hit, but I wish I'd gotten one with a built in cover. I ended up getting a fire pit cover (shower cap style) for it which works relatively well, but it would be better to have a cover meant for it. If I had it to do over again, I'd get a combo water/sand table (even if I might not use sand) with an included cover, like this - http://www.step2.com/p/Cascading-Cove-Sand-Water-Table.

My mom just bought DD the Step2 Extreme Coaster for her 2nd birthday. She played with one when we visited my sister and she loved it, plus it seems like she should be able to use it for several years. I'm excited- it should be coming in the mail today.

We also have a water table, small slide, and sandbox that have gotten a lot of use.

We have a water table, cozy coupe, trikes, bikes, scooters, balls, a climber with a slide. We'd like to get a big swing set, playhouse, and trampoline but we have zero room.

I had a playhouse growing up, and loved it! I wouldn't worry about the floor in the first one. The inside will get wet when it rains... it's made to go outdoors/get wet!

We have a pool, slide, sandbox, and water table. They're all equally loved. When we move I'm going to get Sadie a tire swing and a mini trampoline. My friend got her girls a mini trampoline for Christmas, and all of our playgroup kids (ages 15m-3.5) go nuts over it. They stay in it almost the entire time we're there. The small size is perfect for little one, plus the springs are covered and there's a net, so no one can fall out. This is the one we're getting:

We have the cozy coupe, a water table, a small slide, basketball hoop, soccer goal, t ball set, baby pool, and swing. And we use all of it. My boys love being outside. The only thing we don't use often is the small bounce house because its stored in the shed. We'd like to get a playhouse next. DH also got a small camping tent for the boys but we haven't tried it yet.

We just got K a water table, and she has played with it every single day for the entire week. There are some pretty cool ones with different features, too- might be fun.

And yes- spiders are the entire reason i never used the playhouse (with a loft and skylight!) thag my dad built us as kids.

We have that first one (neat and tidy cottage right?) and loooooove it but it's in our basement. I don't know about washing it outside because it has a floor ... So that might be tricky if water pooled inside.

I LOVE the look of the second one. It looks like it has everything AND an open floor. If we had a nice big real yard I would totally want it!

we have a pool, cozy coupe, trike, balls, etc.

we'd like to get DD something for the new backyard for her birthday in September (or suggest it to the ILs for the event this summer they give her a gift for).

I feel like playhouses attract spiders... I'm a total arachnophobe. I am considering one of the more open ones though like below, so I could blast it with the hose inside from time to time, hahaha. Also maybe water table? Sand table or sand box? Ah!
