<description>&#60;p&#62;@serenity207:  I've never tried FitnessBlender. I do Beach Body for the convenience and variety of workouts. Definitely not bad for $100/year vs $45/month membership at a gym I wasn't even going to.  :sad:  I tried the Shakeology for 2 months but with it being so expensive ($120 for 30 day serving, or something close), I just delay my shipment every month. I'm not sure I can cancel that portion completely.

I learned about FB from Hellobee and have loved it but it seems like there are a lot more Beachbody fans now! @AGold - FitnessBlender has a whole variety of workouts that you can filter based on length, areas of focus, type of exercise, etc. and they're all free.  I love it!

<description>&#60;p&#62;I'm a huge fan of bbg :) 28 minute HIIT style workouts that use mostly body weight so you don't need a ton of equipment.&#60;br /&#62;
I've seen so many IG accounts of moms who manage to do them with their kids present! It's pretty cool.&#60;br /&#62;

I started with t25 but I like hammer and chisel now because it incorporates weights. If you get  On demand click Challenge Du Jour. It  lets you do different workouts of the day to sample programs.

&#60;p&#62;I do a 30 minute workout every day, and what's so awesome about the Beachbody On Demand, is that there are multiple workout programs to choose from depending on how you feel that day. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I did the 21 Day Fix for several rounds (all 30 minute or less workouts), but then transitioned to Turbofire, which is kickboxing (50 minutes or less every day, but I usually do the 25-35 minute workouts) and then a weight routine in my living room.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I am not a coach and never will be, but Beachbody has made it so much easier for me to stay in shape and I'll probably use their workouts forever!

<description>&#60;p&#62;I've just realized I can squeeze a 30 minute work out into my morning. I only have 30 minutes, and I have the baby with me, so I'm not sure what is best to do - hilly walk with stroller, some kind of work out tape inside, etc. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Does anyone here just have 30 minutes for a work out? If so, what do you do to maximize your time best? &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;(PS - baby still isn't sleeping great at night, so me getting up early before her just isn't an option yet.)
