We haven't had good experiences with AA. Spirit &amp; AirTran are cheap flights, but also uncomfortable. My favorite "luxury" airline, though, is PrivatAir. It's a business class only plane operated by Swiss/Luftansa. Honest to God I got on the phone with the manager and her suggestion to me was to "Sell it on eBay".
