I could have used one of those a year ago! </p> <p>My most recent fave is sort of boring, but I love the saline mist I picked up recently. For the first year we used saline nasal drops and the kids hated it! They would start to squirm the second they saw the bottle and it was impossible to get it up their noses. On the flip side, they're obsessed with the saline mist sprayer. They think it's hilarious and love to have it done. I love it! Trying to burp twins at the same time is sorta difficult. With wrangling with two burp cloths on each shoulder and one slipping off is annoying.<br /> I love this product.
