It's great, but after a while not as comfortable as, say, a conversion mei tai. Once you wrap it a couple of times it really gets easy and quick but it does take a couple of minutes the first few times. Or try a k'tan and see if you like the fit. For that stage I really liked the K'tan! It's soft and stretchy like the moby but it's much easier to put on.
