We use it as a diaper bag all the time on the weekends. The SkipHop messenger is still our go-to - we keep diapers and wipes and spare clothes in it and it lives in the car at all times - but when we need a backpack the PBK thing has been really great. When we use the backpack I just use small packing cubes. One for spare clothes, one for diapering stuff, and a small insulated bag for drinks and snacks. I LOVE the Patagonia backpack to use as a diaper bag! In fact we're traveling right now with it and I can't believe the amount of diapers we can shove in it! Also, it doesn't even have to be a "diaper bag" designated back pack. Even a regular back pack that could function as a diaper bag is awesome.
