For sheer ease, ravioli lasagna. You just take a bag of frozen raviolis, layer them with sauce and whatever meat and veggies you want, top with cheese, cover with foil, and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and let the cheese brown for a few minutes and its done. The ravioli already has ricotta inside so no need to make a separate layer. If you want it even faster, fresh ravioli or tortellini will cut the time in half.

For ease and sheer yum factor (and the ability to make a ton at once), this no-boil pasta bake is amazing. You can cut the time by using sliced chicken sausage or rotisserie chicken. We've made it with ground beef and its just as good. Also, a shortcut for the topping (don't skip it!) is tossing breadcrumbs breadcrumbs with storebought pesto.

I love baked pasta, especially because I can make them on the weekend and freeze, then just pop in the oven for quick weeknight dinners.

Our favorites are probably swallow's nests (basically a sheet of lasagna noodles, layered with ham and cheese, then cut in spirals like cinnamon rolls and baked with parmesan cheese on top) like this recipe: http://globaltableadventure.com/recipe/recipe-swallows-nests-nidi-di-rondine/.

And also chicken tetrazzini, which is basically just a casserole dish with linguine, chicken, peas, mushrooms (or whatever veggies you want to add: http://www.delish.com/cooking/recipe-ideas/recipes/a6868/chicken-tetrazzini-recipe/).

Annnnd baked mac n cheese, which you can find just about anywhere online, depending on your preference, haha.

Pioneer Woman's baked ziti. It makes a lot - I put some in a square pan also to freeze. Ridiculously good!
