Then melt cheese on top and stick in a couple of corn chips out of the top to eat it with. Then melt cheese on top of that. Then top again with coleslaw. If we're going to eat them we make a meal out of them and they are indulgent! I bake them, cut them in half and squash each half sort of flat. Then put on butter, salt, and pepper. Add shredded sharp cheddar and chopped bacon. Then broil until the cheese is bubbly. Then top with chives.
