I have had several pairs for 2+ years and wear them very frequently. I would say I tend to be very hard on shoes so have been impressed with their longevity and how good they still look. You can easily take out the insole that comes with them and replace it with a more supportive one. They’re washable and look super cute with jeans or business casual. The arch support is fantastic and the ones with the elastic sides are the most comfortable flats I've ever owned. I have a narrow heel and wide toe box, and they are the only flats I can wear. Rothy's don't have enough support for my high arches, but I can wear them for an hour or two.
