DS is nearly 2, but he LOVES The Little Engine that Could (my version, from 1979!) and Corduroy. They are pretty long, but there is something about those classics that hold his attention more than a lot of the newer books. Good Night Construction Site and Steam Train, Dream Train are also favorites. Most of our books seem either too old or too young for her currently. She's lost interest in many of her favorites as a baby but she loses attention with books like Pout Pout Fish, Giraffes Can't Dance, etc. (too many words). Any suggestions? </p>
