They have list of all ingredients.</p> <p>Chipotle - they have a very clear allergy information on their website and they are super yummy!!!</p> <p>PF Changs - Super yummy and they also have a fantastic allergy plan. They only have one thing I can eat but they were very clear with it and helpful.</p> <p>My idea of good restaurants is changing now that I have to challenge them.
