DH surprised me with a weekend getaway there last December, which happened to fall on an unseasonably rainy, cold snap - usually November and December feel like fall. We had to wear light jackets, and it was THE BEST regardless. We didn't spend a ton of time outside because we were touring wineries and drinking in tasting rooms, but it was comfortable enough to have lunch outside and tour the grounds. M and I went a few years ago and loved it. On that trip we also stayed in Cancun and Tulum, but Playa was our favorite.
