I love every one of their recipes &amp; reviews. They give great explanations about all the variations they tried &amp; what worked/ didn't work &amp; why they chose an ingredient or method of cooking. I like to know the how &amp; why of things, their show, cookbooks, and magazine are, IMO, the best at that. Cooks Country is also from them &amp; I make more of their recipe just because they tend to be faster/simpler.
