It's my life's goal to get him to love it as much as I do but it's a slow process. And while he doesn't quite know how much cheese he's actually eaten since we've been together, delicious fondue is not an option. Sigh. And it's not that he's lactose intolerant or has an allergy, he just overdosed on grilled cheese when he was younger.</p> <p>I like the idea of a beef wellington. He's a huge meat and potatoes fan so that would go over well. We do like seafood but it's been one of my pregnancy aversions so far. DH and I like to stay in and cook a delicious meal instead of going out to a restaurant. However, we're getting sort of bored with our normal date night meal. Normally, we either do king crab legs or we'll make a nice steak with sauteed mushrooms and roasted potatoes. Usually I'll make chocolate mousse for dessert. I was hoping to get some inspiration from all of you! We don't mind spending a little more to get the best quality ingredients and we're pretty good cooks so a more complicated recipe doesn't scare us. Especially since we'll have all day to prepare since V-Day is on a Saturday. Thanks! </p>
