Perfect bars. TJs sells them in the fridge case. They are the only bars that actually taste like real food, not protein powder. Plus early exposure to peanuts which is a good thing
Yogurt
Pre made salads
Babybel cheese
Oatmeal (I make a big batch on the weekends)
Eggs cups
Muffins
Premade anything front Trader Joe’s
Avocados for toad
Frozen burritos

I made so many banana pecan muffins. Also lactation granola bars - so good! And tons of mixed nuts.

Larabars were great when I was starving and just needed something quickly.

DH would go pick up a trays of pre-cut fruit and veggies every few days in the beginning. So expensive but so worth it in the early days. I would have found it impossible to prep myself and DH was only home for a week.

I froze muffins, breakfast burritos, pancakes, and waffles to make breakfast easy. Though we also had oatmeal a lot too.

Peanut Butter - sometimes with other foods, sometimes right out of the jar.

Peanut butter for easy protein with the apples
Almonds or other nuts
Hard boiled eggs? Maybe only feasible if you have an instant pot to help with peeling. Even so, I'd probably peel them all ahead of time
OR maybe try the pre boiled and peeled ones they sell!

This isn't as easy, but pumpkin muffins and oatmeal chocolate chip cookies saved my blood sugar many times when hunger struck.

What should I stock the fridge with?

So far I'm thinking
Sliced Colby jack cheese
Sliced peppers and carrots
Hummus
Apples
Grapes

What else do you have on hand to eat after the baby is born?
