I used CHI for 5 years and had to buy a new one every year. </p> <p>I also have a Conair Infinity Titanium flat iron and I love it. Ive had 3 that died in less than 2 years (each) and I contacted customer service, sent the broken ones to them, and the sent me a brand new ones 😊. I've had 8 chi's total since I was 13, back when it came with a video, and you had to work in a salon to buy one. So depending on how old it is, I would contact them. Now I use a GHD and it's wayy better. Gets hot, stays hot, lasts forever ( I've had this one for probably.. 5-6 years.)
