I used to work at a style/fashion magazine and all of the editors were obsessed.<br /> ETA: if you need more cushion you can totally put the gel insoles inside of them. I do that!</p> <p>Also, when you can go more casual, I also love the superga slip on sneakers. Also learned about those from the magazine editors :-) I have them in every color and honestly sometimes where them with outfits I'd normally wear a real flat with. I bought my first pair, wore them 2 days later for 3 days straight walking around NYC with no issues. I'm on my 2nd pair in 4 years. I love them. Amazingly, I got them for $30 at an outlet store. The ones I have are several years old, so they are probably discontinued. But, every pair of flats from them have been super comfortable, and I wear them until they have no life in them. Actually I already threw the black ones away, and I think today is the last day for the brown ones, there's a hole starting to wear through the sole...</p> <p>Bonus if they're comfy! I walk about 3 miles per day/am in a city and don't drive...I'd get the Carson flats again, but I think I need more arch support now post-partum (the Carson flats have none, which didn't bother me at all before...) So extra bonus if they have a little arch support :silly: OH and I have super narrow heels... </p>
