Thanks guys!

Here is mine contribution. This barley stew is really good and simple. Costco sells stew meat in 5lbs I think so I usually split it up and do something with the stew meat the week I buy it and freeze one of these. I add the barley in an hour or two before its done instead of at the beginning. My husband says it's his favorite crockpot recipe (and we are pretty picky about what we consider good - I think most crockpot recipes are duds)
http://livesimply.me/2014/11/20/freezer-crockpot-beef-stew/

This one is also great. I use a brown/wild rice mix cause that's all I can find but I'm sure just wild rice would be better. I also half the roux, I think it's a bit thick otherwise. We use almond milk because my son is allergic but it turns out fantastic. Oh and I double the herbs, just because I typically do that with crockpot meals! And I find chicken thighs to always do better than breasts in a crockpot. I'm not sure how it would freeze. I think raw rice would freeze fine?http://pinchofyum.com/crockpot-chicken-wild-rice-soup

I second the pot pie idea, and I also make and freeze meatloaves and all of the ingredients for chicken fajitas (cutting up and freezing the chicken, peppers, and onions and packaging it with a packet of seasoning and soft shells). It makes prep so much faster when I don't have to chop it all up!

Edited to add that I also make large batches of other time intensive meals and freeze the leftovers for later. Right now I have homemade turkey burgers and black bean burgers in the freezer too. Soups (as long as they aren't cream based) are also excellent for freezing.

I have gotten some good ideas from Rachel Ray's Week In A Day cookbook. I have made the Winter White chicken cacciatore from there, as well as her cajun meatloaf (neither have tomatoes, lol) and they are delicous and freeze/defrost well.

I made mini chicken pot pies that froze really well. They were so easy to make and tasted good when defrosted and just popped in the microwave ( I needed them for at work. )
I used this idea http://secondchancetodream.com/2013/09/mini-chicken-pot-pies-a-quick-easy-dinner-idea.html
with the Pilsbury Grands ( I actually rolled them out pretty thin as I didn't like too much pastry )
With this filling recipe http://www.mealplanningmagic.com/homemade-chicken-pot-pie-make-it-ahead-monday/?fb_action_ids=4064917094993&fb_action_types=og.likes&fb_source=aggregation&fb_aggregation_id=288381481237582
I made it even easier by buying rotisserie chickens.

I haven't found to many frozen crockpot recipes that I actually like, so this is my go to.

I'm looking for easy freezer recipes (that are good!) I'm thinking having some crockpot meals or easy baked dishes on hand will be helpful for going back to work.

Bonus points for ones that are low in acid, i.e. No tomatoes, marinades or spicy spices. I can't eat that stuff! :meh: (but feel free to include them for others!)
