You go on-line an pick out an entree and sides, and they deliver it straight to your door. The new baby has an older sibling. The mom pretty much buys everything she wants/needs and has kept everything from her previous child (same gender) in preparation for this one. </p> <p>My mom already bought them a Marpac.
