I’m personally loving the tan towels more right now. Only issue is you need two of them for your whole body. But my legs for whatever reason never tan on their own but my upper body is very dark. You can get it at any drug store and it's cheap. The only caveat that I found is that you have to make sure your skin is moisturized even after you stop using it. Otherwise it doesn't fade as well as I would like. I only used it on my legs and my legs looked a bit splotchy but I wasn't the best at moisturizing so that's on me. Otherwise, I didn't have an issue with the application. St. tropez self tan express mousse (bought it at a beauty supply store but they have it on amazon) is great and gradual. I have used it with and without the mitt and honestly think it’s easier to apply without (as long as you wash your hands quickly after applying). If you leave it on for an hour then wash off it gives a nice glow that you can build on by applying every 2nd or 3rd day. I am SO pale and did it for the minimum time 3x for a week and by the Event I had, my legs looked great and natural and not streaky or weird.
