&#60;p&#62;I'm drinking something similar to what @Kitkat:  shared now, and added some old fashioned oats and a dash of brewer's yeast to support milk supply - delicious! I was afraid the oats would be gross because I'm not a huge fan of them, but can't even taste them. I'm really looking forward to trying more of these!

SWEET DREAM &#124; serves two (it's got a kick to it, instead of mango, I do a mix of mango and pineapple)&#60;br /&#62;
2 cups fresh spinach&#60;br /&#62;
2 cups almond milk, unsweetened&#60;br /&#62;
 2 cups mango&#60;br /&#62;
 1 banana&#60;br /&#62;
 2 tablespoons almond butter &#60;br /&#62;
1 teaspoon cinnamon &#60;br /&#62;
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Blueberry Chia Power Smoothie (serves 1)&#60;br /&#62;
1 C almond milk, or coconut milk&#60;br /&#62;
1-2 handfuls of greens&#60;br /&#62;
1 C  frozen blueberries&#60;br /&#62;
1 tsp maple syrup&#60;br /&#62;
2 tsp chia seeds&#60;br /&#62;
2 tablespoons walnuts&#60;br /&#62;
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

<description>&#60;p&#62;I'm not sure if this is an option or appealing to you...but for me - if I have it prepped and cooked I will eat it.  So I roast tons of veggies on Sunday evening (when I was on maternity leave I did it during the week) that way when I feel an urge to munch on something I can snack away.  Having them cooked and ready was a huge help!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;My faves are: broccoli &#38;amp; cauliflower just in olive oil w salt, peppers/zucchini/onions with mixed herds and olive oil.  I always roast them on a sheet pan lined with foil - so clean up is super easy!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I also added handfuls of spinach into my scrambled eggs in the AM, with some Feta its delicious!!!

<description>&#60;p&#62;I just started having smoothies for breakfast. I am still experimenting but I’ve been putting fresh spinach, a whole avocado (I bought the tiny ones), a carrot, some frozen mango and strawberries. For the liquid I have tried different things. I bought some vanilla coconut milk but I don’t like the taste that much. Today I used strawberry kefir.  Both those liquids have some sugar so it’s not great but I am still figuring out what I like best. Yesterday I put some cashew butter in and I liked the taste pretty well.
