Sriracha I love for Asian dishes, and Louisiana for fried things. I'm also a huge fan of the flavor of The Pepper Plant sauces, but they're not super spicy. I end up pouring them on like ketchup, so they run out way too fast. But the bottled ones, I use Louisiana the most (it's easily available here), I also love Frank's for when I make hot wings. I also like Tapatio and Cholula, but it's harder to find where I'm at.
