I got one free from a neighbor who accidentally destroyed her IP. My MIL has the ceramic nonstick one which seems like a good gift ask in the future. I underutilize my InstantPot. If I found a good deal, I'd be tempted to buy an extra insert. I primarily use it on the weekend for meal prep. So, I'll make a roast, then I want to toss some potatoes in right away, but don't want to deal with the roast right away because I have yet another dish I'm in the middle of prepping. </p> <p>I have never made anything sweet, but the seal definitely smells like French onion soup mix so I'd recommend an extra seal just for desserts or other non-savory dishes.</p> <p>Hard boiled eggs in the Instant Pot are a DREAM, but no additional accessories needed. We don’t have a steamer or rice cooker now so if I want to try those functions is there anything I need to get to put in the IP? Has anyone tried the egg bites? Do you use a springform pan for anything other than cheesecake?<br /> TIA </p>
