&#60;p&#62;I Love that she cooks the veg separately at the end with the liquid from the corned beef. Makes it so tasty and tender but not mushy! I made it yesterday with half water and half beef broth so LO &#38;amp; I can both have it. Since the way you cook this the alcohol doesn't really cook &#34;off&#34;.
