But they're bringing sliced tomatoes drizzled with olive oil and herbs for a side. (???? I'm going to serve as app instead) anyway, so given this development then I'm going to make a cold potato salad too.&#60;/p&#62;

&#60;p&#62;We're making burgers and dogs as the main. 22 adults and 7 kids. We're all good eaters. ;)&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;So far we have a cucumber salad (non mayo), creamy cole slaw and a cold roasted zuchinni and veg pasta  or Israeli couscous salad. My ILs said they're making a side but I don't know what yet but I wouldn't count on it because they flake sometimes. Or show up 30 minutes before dinner and expect me to make frozen tots. 😁&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;What else would you add? It needs to be prepped ahead and preferably doesn't require the oven. And even so just slightly warmed.&#60;/p&#62;
