<description>&#60;p&#62;I'm doing an 8 week bootcamp on fitnessblender.com. It's a different workout each day, with 5 workouts per week and 1 optional cardio day. You pay $6.99 for the PDF (has links to all the workout videos and FAQ's/nutrition info, but I'd be happy to email you a copy if you want). It has been super challenging for me since I was on bedrest for 11 weeks and then took a long time to heal from my c-section (8-10 weeks) so I have no muscle tone or endurance anymore. &#60;/p&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;@rahlyrah:  30 day shred has 3 levels. They are about 20min each and you do each level for 10 days.&#60;br /&#62;
That being said, I like Ripped in 30 more. But, i'd start at 30 day shred because I believe it burns fat better. Ripped in 30 is kind of geared more towards toning and tightening, but if you're 6w PP, I assume you want some substantial weight loss as well.&#60;br /&#62;
I love 30 day shred. The first time I did it (before wedding), I lost 15lbs in 2 months (I did it 2x).&#60;br /&#62;
I did ripped in 30 about 2 months before I got pregnant and had the flattest, hardest stomach id ever had. But, I didn't use it for weight loss because I didn't need to lose weight. I used it for toning and tightening.
