<description>&#60;p&#62;I made Rachel Ray's baked devil's chicken Saturday and the flavor was AWESOME. Most of the breading fell off in the oven, but the chicken was nice and moist and the mustard flavoring was awesome, but not overpowering. &#60;a href=&#34;http://www.rachaelrayshow.com/recipe/17837_Baked_Devil_Chicken/&#34; rel=&#34;nofollow&#34;&#62;http://www.rachaelrayshow.com/recipe/17837_Baked_Devil_Chicken/&#60;/a&#62;&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts and cooked on a cookie sheet over a jelly roll pan at 475 for 10 min, then dropped the temp to 400 and cooked for 10 more min, then flipped (and this is when the breading peeled off), and cooked for 15 more min.

&#60;p&#62;I made this on Saturday night for the first time and everyone loved it. I added string beans to it at the last minute to add more veggies. We had the leftovers on Sunday and it was even better!&#60;/p&#62;
