It stays cool in the summer, and it molds to my head. It hasn't deflated at all in the 3+ years I've had it, and the cover is removable and washable. We prefer fluffy pillows, and any we've bought have all deflated within the year. I don't like how heavy and solid foam pillows are though. I like that MyPillow still goes back to its original shape (or at least can be fluffed there), but it's also movable/not as solid. </p> <p>I'm a side/back sleeper, and got a firm one. DH is a larger guy, so I think he got extra firm. We got memory foam pillows from Kohls during a Black Friday sale and have been very pleased.
