I bought 4 Hanna Anderson PJs 3 months ago. He managed to wear out one of those in less than a month but customer service was awesome and they replaced it! Since then, knock on wood, no more holes. The only thing that works for him are the loose fit ones, and for that Carter’s has been just fine. Expensive though I know, helps if you have someone to pass to! Also I don’t know which Carters you’re buying, but if it’s the snug fit, I’ve also had luck with the looser fit ones - I think they rip less, maybe they can give more or something? I’ve had this happen with many brands, but especially Carter’s it seems. I don’t even know how he does it, but by the second wash there’s usually at least one hole in the knee!?<br /> What are your favorite brands for kid PJs that hold up? TIA! </p>
