I ordered for yesterday and yesterday at 8pm, I checked the status and it was still en-route with an ETA of today. I called Pro Flowers and they apologized and refunded my shipping costs. They're more likely to not charge for delivery if it's near where she is. </p> <p>I tried bouqs for my niece recently after she had her tonsils taken out. They ended up canceling the order the day it was supposed to be delivered because they didn't have the flowers they expected to have.
