Ah. Well in that case I second the tiny individual ones idea.

@regberadaisy: @MrsSRS: I feel like a splash of heavy cream is probably healthier actually. I just love the processed stuff.

I would go with either the individual packs. Another option I discovered while living in a place with no fridge was just plain old powdered milk. The higher the powder-to-water ratio, the more cream-like it would become. I used a small mason jar to mix it together.

Depends on your personal views on nutrition, but I would say heavy cream IS a better choice (if you'd rather)!

@regberadaisy: I have the same problem - during the week I have coffee at work so I only need creamer on sat and sun- I have been buying the individual ones so they don't go bad - you get 24 for $2.49 which isn't bad

@Foodnerd81: well if we want to get technical, heavy cream is my favorite for coffee. I'm figuring highly processed creamer is still better for me than using heavy cream? LOL

I have never even considered the coffee mate creamers going bad! It's so so processed I think it would take a long time for anything to happen, especially if you bought the smaller bottles.

Dh and I both drink coffee at home every day and we go through the larger bottles embarrassingly quickly. I try to avoid too much artificial and processed food but coffee mate creamer is my weakness.

I use international coffees as a creamer, since that's what they essentially are! But yeah I'd ignore the expiration date on liquid creamers, they're so highly processed I'm sure they last forever.

@regberadaisy: what is this "in time" you speak of???

I know the bottle says to discard after 2 weeks but TBH i'm still working on a giant bottle of pumpkin spice from November.

Maybe a box of the mini ID liquid creamers would be better for you? That's what I keep at my desk.

Is there anything else out there besides Coffeemate?

I like liquid creamer the best. But I only drink coffee at home on the weekends so I can't finish a bottle in time.

What's your favorite powdered creamer?
