Another option I discovered while living in a place with no fridge was just plain old powdered milk. The higher the powder-to-water ratio, the more cream-like it would become. It's so so processed I think it would take a long time for anything to happen, especially if you bought the smaller bottles. </p> <p>Dh and I both drink coffee at home every day and we go through the larger bottles embarrassingly quickly.
