@bhbee: @YogiRunner: thank you :happy:

I’m really hoping Up & Up works or LO learns to use the potty...more that he learns the potty. :wink:

@Mrs. Lemon-Lime: omg stop, he’s the cutest! I like Up & Up best after trying Honest and Pampers. LO likes the designs a lot too (which helps bedtime immensely!)

@Mrs. Lemon-Lime: so cute!! I regularly do target store pickup orders for things that aren’t always in stock. You have to remember a bit in advance of your trip but at least you know it’s there!

@Sams Mom: thank you! I actually grabbed the last box on the shelves in his size. Up & Up is really popular. I’m hoping this brand is a winner. Never knew why people had to try out different diaper options until now at this stage.

@Mrs. Lemon-Lime: I switched to Up & Up recently, and the only downside if my Target NEVER has the boxes of his size, only the soft packs. :(

Your son is absolutely ADORABLE!

So we tried Honest Co because well when I went to Target I couldn’t find Up & Up pull-ups. Thought those were a winner and bought more on Amazon. So many leaks and nasty smell. Finally finished up with those and trying Up & Up now. LO is excited 😆...totally his idea to recreate the look.

@Mrs. Lemon-Lime: I lile huggies slip ons better than pampers. The huggies sizes correspond to their diapers unlike pampers that has weird ranges of 2t to 3t. Pampers are better for absorption but huggies have a better fit

I only used pull ups for over night and we use the Target training pants(up and up). We went cold turkey into uunderwear/commando and only used pull ups at night. Potty training is messy business...

I'm an Honest Company supporter. DS used their diapers and he now wears their pull-ups and Overnights. We size using weight. For long car rides, the movies, bedtime, or when DS drinks a lot before we head out the door, I put a waterproof diaper cover over his HC pull-up but, all-in-all, they are decently absorbent for toddler-sized accidents. I do wish they did have "velco" sides; however, DS may assume he was back in diapers if they did.

The main downside for me is the cost, but I've managed to find good deals on Amazon and Amazon Warehouse for them. The bad thing about that is it's not in subscribe & save so I have to remember 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

Following. We use Pull Up brand which are good during the day (love the Velcro sides). But at night they tend to leak from the side. We have doubled up with a larger Goodnights over it. The last 2 days I’ve had to wash the sheets...

@Mrs. Lemon-Lime: how much does your LO weigh? I always went by weight for my oldest, not the pant size. Right now my youngest would need to be in 3t/4t pull ups because he weighs 35lbs! But he only wears 2t pants. We also had a lot of leaks with my oldest because pull ups aren’t meant to hold a lot of pee like diapers.

We’ve had luck with seventh generation. My 3yo never had issues with pampers as diapers, but got rashes from their pull-ups and regular ones. Seventh generation are a bit taller, and don’t give him rashes.

Please help! I’ve tried Pampers and the original Pull-Ups and I just don’t love the fit. LO had a blow out in the Pull-Ups brand that resulted in daycare having to change his top half. Blow outs period are just unusual, I can count on one hand how many he’s had in his entire life. He’s had leaks with both kinds. Both kinds we tried leave red marks on him. We bought 2/3 size, which is compatable with his pants.

What’s your recommendation?

ETA: the marks are not diaper rash, they just seem tight around the thigh area
