<description>&#60;p&#62;I know, I know,  there's no real &#34;quick fix&#34;, but there are definitely some workouts that make you look and feel awesome after you do them.  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I do bootcamp 3 days a week and this was one of the routines we did last week.  I thought I would pass it on.  Word of warning - it hurts ;-)
