Spectra!

ETA: I used mine for a solid 12 months and it worked perfectly. No loss of suction, I rarely had to replace parts, and you can also use Ameda parts with it without hacking (because of the way the tubes fit onto the Ameda flanges). It was amazing! It is bulky, so you will need a bigger bag than the one with the PISA.

Spectra S2. Some of the reviews complain it breaks easily, but I've been using mine a *lot* for 7 months now, and no problems at all.

What they said. My first two babies were with the PISA where I used to make up words to the sound of the pump to distract myself from the noise. This time around, I got the S2 and it's definitely quieter, so I'm actually able to concentrate on my work instead of making up pump songs.

Spectra S2. Whisper quiet. Everyone who has heard it (and had used a different pup) has commented.

I had the PISA for my first and omg, yes, so loud. I'm sure people could hear it but whatever. I plan to get the Spectra S2 this time (also through insurance). I've heard from people who have used both that it's at least quieter.

We have paper thin walls at our office and I'd like to get a breast pump that can't be heard by my neighbors with my door shut. Any suggestions for quiet breast pumps?

I get a free PISA from my insurance but if I remember correctly from 6 years ago, that thing was pretty loud.

It also has to be able to work really well - I'll be going back to work at 12 weeks and plan to pump for 12 months.
