All you have to do is shake it up, or whisk it if you're not using a lidded container. The proportions are to taste, but my ratios are something like: 2 tbsp mustard, 1/3 cup oil, 2 tbsp balsamic, 3 tbsp red wine vinegar, and a clove of garlic. </p> <p>I make it in a jar and we use over the course of a week.
