Lots of variety, looks pretty, tastes good. I use parmesan on top, not gruyere, and I drizzle with balsamic vinegar syrup. Tomatoes aren't really great right now, but they do turn out better once you roast them (and salt generously). You could use carrots in this, too! Anything, really...</p> <p>No idea what we're having, though.
