Our favorite slow cooker recipe is chicken tacos. Put skinless, boneless chicken breasts in, then add some garlic and paprika, and top with salsa. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Shred chicken and serve with whatever you love on your tacos.

@belleoftheballe: I was going to suggest a skinnytaste recipe, too! The Kalua pork. It's, like, 4 ingredients and tastes incredible! Can't link out cuz I'm on my phone, but just go to skinnytaste.com and search for it. It's so good!

I also make a really yummy pot roast. You just take a roast and throw it in with a can of alphabet vegetable soup. I also add a bit of red wine for additional flavor. I also toss in some potatoes wrapped in foil.

definitely keeping an eye on this thread!

I made a crock pot roast a week or two ago and it was so yummy! I just cut up some carrots, red potatoes, & onions and put those on bottom. Then, I put the roast on top. Seasoned it with a little salt & pepper and a lipton onion soup packet. I added a little beef broth to the pot too so the vegetables wouldn't stick.

I've also done porkchops with cream of mushroom soup and a little sour cream.

Can you share some of your favorite slow cooker recipes? Preferably healthy and toddler friendly! I would really love to add more than just chili to my repertoire!
