3/4 cup instant oatmeal, nuked in water (optional)

&#60;p&#62;You can easily swap everything out with something else! I'm going to use this base and make a blueberry / mango / spinach smoothie tomorrow morning for us. Basically what I have in the fridge that I need to use up.

 1 frozen banana (peel and freeze before)&#60;br /&#62;
 2 tablespoons peanut butter&#60;br /&#62;
 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder&#60;br /&#62;
Handful of ice&#60;br /&#62;
Optional: oatmeal
