Add chicken and boil. Then let simmer for an hour.<br /> - Take chicken out and let cool. After it's cool, take it off the bone and return it to the pot. In the meantime, add celery, onions, and carrots.<br /> -Make matzo balls according to the package. Add soup mix.<br /> -Let simmer for a long time, I like to leave it at least 4 hours. Finished it today and made another pot. Currently addicted to seaweed soup. </p> <p>My LO was born in March so I shall celebrate by eating seaweed soup until April. :P </p>
