We've been using it for two years and love it. It uses a private signal and has intercom. We never use the intercom though. The temperature function is great for us because the heating and ac aren't consistent throughout the house. We rarely use the intercom capacity, but it works. The night vision is great and I think it has a private signal. We've never had any issue with interference.
