While we're in the hospital we'll be using disposables (the ones that the hospital provides) and we'll take all the extras and use those when we first get home, lol (from what I hear I'll get probably 2 days worth of extras from the hospital I'm delivering at). By then he should be done passing the meconium and it should just be regular breast milk poo.</p> <p>So, to answer your question, no, I don't plan on using any extra inserts.
