I put some butter on mine, but my husband eats them plain. Pretty simple, but they taste yummy on their own without really needing to do much. I do love the sweet potato fries at Outback, though! Then layer the potato with sliced peeled apples ( a few layers- potato, apple,potato etc. with apples as the top layer). Toss with cilantro, lime and cayenne<br /> Cheesy twice baked mashed potatoes. </p>
